Cartier Return Policy?
The return policy of Cartier is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If any customer is unhappy with the goods, they have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to the statutory right of cancellation.
Goods may be returned and a refund provided under the following conditions:
- They are received back at the Returns Department normally within 28 days. This 28-day period commences the day after the order has been shipped.
- The goods have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and Returns Form located at the bottom of the Packing List (enclosed with the delivered goods).
- Returns for customized products are not accepted.
It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. If the Commerce Cloud returns process is not followed, Commerce Cloud is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
For customized products that are damaged during shipping, customers should contact the Customer Service Team within 10 days of receiving the purchase. If a customized product purchased at a retail location is damaged or defective, the specific store where the purchase was made should be contacted.
Please note that calls to the customer service number that are not made from a US landline may be subject to a charge.
All sales involving customized products are final, and may not be returned. There is no statutory cancellation right for customized products.
